All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary based on location, product availability, stock availability, and third-party courier efficiency.
• Third-Party Couriers: We use trusted third-party delivery services. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Legacy Industrial Supplies is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.
• Delivery Areas: Delivery is available within South Africa. If your area is considered remote or out-of-range by our couriers, additional charges and extended delivery times may apply.
• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that all delivery details are correct when placing your order. Legacy Industrial Supplies is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
• Damaged or Missing Goods: If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be honored.

• Eligibility: Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
• Non-returnable items: Custom-built products, used items, or goods damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
