I don't know who is responsible for taking orders on their WhatsApp number but who ever the person is, needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. I requested a price and stock availability, the person just read my WhatsApp without any response. That clearly shows that the business is making too much money that they don't care about customer service. I am shocked that there businesses that treat customers like this in this current economy. I will not buy from this guys, their business literally less than a kilometer from where I am.

EDIT: Jaques phoned me and apoligised for the situation - and THAT I respect. I was going to delete the rating, but decided to keep it up - but due to past experiences and the integrity of Jaques - rating will change to 5 Star
Most disgusting experience in a while.
I, as a sole proprieter have supported you guys for quite some time, in the last year or so spent close to, if not more than a 100k in your shop. Have been in the new shop a few times, and was so impressed with it, took my son there this morning to show him around. He was very intersted in buying some clothing this morning, but after 10 minutes of browsing and waiting for assistance, which I usually get very quickly, I walked to the counter to ask someone to assist my son, as none of the clothing is priced. When aproaching the counter, the guy behind it busy whatsapping on his phone, had no interest to be of assistance.
When I asked him what do I have to do to get prices on the clothing, he quite rudely asked me " WHAT CLOTHING".
I obviously lost it a bit, and after raising my voice an octave or so, suddenly more people want to come and try to figure out what was going on.
Needless to say, we walked out of there without any purchase this time.
Get you staff trained better to help customers, especially if they sit behind the counter playing on the phone, and NOT to be rude when help (which was always offered as soon as you walk in the door) is asked.
You just lost a VERY loyal customer due to VERY bad customer service
